Refund Policy
We take great care in packing and shipping our products. However, if you experience any issues with a product purchased through our website (kurekart.com), you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below:
Eligible Return Reasons:
You may request a return or refund if you experience any of the following:
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items in your order
• Damaged products delivered
• Expired products delivered
Return Conditions:
• Eligible Products: Only items in new, unused, and resalable condition may be returned. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may qualify for a refund after evaluation by our Customer Service team.
• Return Authorization Required: Before returning any item, you must register your complaint by emailing support@kurekart.com or calling +1 (702) 602-1772 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
• 7-Day Deadline: Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns without a valid RA Number requested within this timeframe cannot be accepted.
• Product Return Window: Once a return is approved, the product must be sent back promptly and in accordance with the return instructions provided.
• No Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. To receive credit, all returns must be sent in the original packaging.
• Third-Party Purchases: We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through kurekart.com. If you bought your item from a third-party seller, please contact them for their return policy. If they are unable to assist, reach out to us at support@kurekart.com
• Packaging Requirements: Returns must clearly display the RA Number on the outside of the package. Returns without this information will not be processed.
Inspection & Refund:
All returned items will be inspected by our Returns Team. If any items are missing or not in acceptable condition, the corresponding value will be deducted from your refund.
